Epic: DDP Ethereum Repository Discovery

Using OSO's discovery pipelines and graph-based models, we will:

• Identify the full* Ethereum repository universe (clients, infra, L2s, dapps, research, ZK, MEV, etc.).
• Apply deterministic heuristics: dependency graphs, GitHub org lineage, grant attribution, semantic keywords.
• Define a structured taxonomy (Clients, Rollups, Wallets, DevTooling, Security, Research).

Output: reproducible dataset + inclusion criteria documentation.
