The filename next to the breadcrumb doesn't change after renaming

It used to refresh and drop you into the new notebook with a new name at the top. Here's an example:

Easy to replicate:

  • Create new notebook
  • Edit the name

If you refresh the page, the name next to the breadcrumb updates
