Add a scheduler for third-party crypto datasets

These datasets include Defillama, L2Beat, and growthepie. Currently they just run once a month, and I will trigger manual runs more often for some of the more integral ones (like TVL). This issue represents creating a new job that bundles these datasets together and puts it on a weekly cron.
