Epic: Data Marketplace

Right now our "Marketplace" is implicitly a combination of https://docs.oso.xyz/docs/integrate/datasets/

and our BigQuery Analytics Hub listings.

Instead, we'd like to have an in-house data marketplace where users can browse / search for whatever is available, and add it to their own catalog.

For now, we can focus on free datasets with a possible terms of service you need to agree to.

In the future, we may want to feature paid datasets.
