Estimate GDP per chain

What is it?

We should create a model that estimates the GDP of a collection of projects (e.g. everything on OP Mainnet vs Superchain vs all Ethereum L2s).

We should also write a blog post that contrasts when and why this produces different trends / notions of value than TVL depending on the class of application
