Create a central space where users can file issues
What is it?
We want to consolidate mentions and messages from all our communication channels (Discord, Twitter, Email, Telegram, Slack, etc.) into a single dashboard to improve real-time monitoring and triage.
Goals:
- Short-term: Evaluate tools or frameworks that can ingest and display mentions from multiple platforms in one centralized interface.
- Long-term: Enable users to call the PyOSO bot directly from any channel as a unified interaction layer.
I'll get started with some research later today and send some options here
With Linear I don't think this is relevant anymore.
We ought to be monitoring all these channels regularly.
You can file Linear issues from Slack, Discord, or email (or directly in the app).
We should be tracking "Customer requests" with issues
