What is it?

We shouldn't make every connector/catalog available for access. We should paywall / meter more expensive catalogs (e.g. ones to raw BigQuery sources)

Since the user will provide the auth, he will be paying for the big query connector already. Should we instead add a metric page for CPU/Memory usage of our trino cluster?

Let's P2 this for now. I think the scope of this should be more if we have a premium data marketplace in the future (not a priority right now)
