major refactor of dbt int models and marts (v1)

In this PR, we will be:

• Moving most models in the current marts directory to int
• Modifying filenames and references accordingly
• Aliasing all columns in mart models to the envisioned V1 naming conventions
• Cleaning up all of the intermediate models to reflect the new naming conventions as well

There will likely be some additional cleanup of the int models.
