What is it?

Let's have a future data challenge around user reputations in Optimism.

Related issues: it'd be nice to get these datasets before hand https://github.com/opensource-observer/oso/issues/1007 and https://github.com/opensource-observer/oso/issues/839

  • could be a 2 week window, ie, June 10-24.
  • we review submissions June 24-27, announce winner(s) June 28
  • implement for Emily (on the repos she cares about) first week of July
