Analyze Tool dialog Directory dialog does not allow creating a new folder

Steps to reproduce

For the Analyze Tool dialog, click the folder icon for the output directory.

Expected result

Dialog allows you to create a new folder.

Actual result

Dialog does not have option to create a new folder.
