[Feature request] support ligaments in Plotter and Analyze Tool

Hi, It would be great if Plotter could plot some quantities of ligaments relative to generalized coordinates, similar to the what are currently available for muscles in Plotter Built-in Curves, such as:

• ligament length (and strain)
• total ligament force (and damping/spring forces)
• moment arm
• moment

As well as a new analysis in Analyze Tool for ligaments, similar to MuscleAnalysis. (I know that OutputReporter can be used for Blankevoort1991Ligament, but nothing supports Ligament, I think)
