OpenSim crash when using excitation editor

OpenSim4.4 4.3 will crash when editting excitations in the excitation editor. no crash information show when crashing.

I had no crash but the layout looked messed up on hi-res monitor/screen. Layout issue is duplicate of one reported on osx.
