Changing model marker size was removed between OpenSim 3.3 and 4.1

@aymanhab Let me know if I missed a way to do this or if indeed this currently can't be done in the GUI

@carmichaelong As we moved geometry creation/management to the API, this is handled entirely by the API and cannot be changed in the GUI. User can modify the appearance show/hide/transparency/wireframe but not the size. I have ideas to fix that (e.g keep the shape and size in ModelDisplayHints, or keep an overall indication of model size and scale non-meshes by it) but none is in place at the moment.

It would be very helpful to be able to change the size and particularly the color of each marker individually, whether model marker or experimental marker.
