GUI is misinformed about size of resources

Steps to reproduce

Install and run 4.0. GUI prompts user to copy 60 MB of resources.

Expected result

60 MB of resources are copied.

Actual result

84 MB of resources are copied. If stating a size, the size should be correct.

Environment and GUI version

Windows 10, OpenSim-4.0-win64.exe Nov 13, 2018 from SimTK.

We should maybe say "approximately 100 MB" to account for future growth.

Well, not sure if same size on all platforms either so a ball park number may be good enough if close.
