SCONE v1.4.0 freazes on Linux when "Perform optimization using external process" = 1

With SCONE 1.4.0 on Linux, I had to set "Perform optimization using external process" to 0, because the GUI freezes when an optimization is initiated.

Thanks for reporting -- do you have any idea at what point it freezes? Is there anything you see in the log before the freeze? Do you run a single or multiple optimization?

If I run a single optimization it says scenario loaded, but I do not get the progress window. When I run multiple optimization, I get the windows but the text says initialization and no graph is shown. Then SCONE freezes and is not responding to any action.
