OpenBK7231T_App TEST! DS1820 timing for BEKEN

Add possibility to change factor used in "usleepds" for BEKEN use with "startDriver DS1820 <factor>" (reminder: factors are "multiplied" by ten, so e.g.17 will mean 1.7) If "factor" is magic 9999 it should start a test for factors, starting with 10 (resulting in a factor of 1) and then increased by 2 every 2 minutes. So I hope it will show a suitable value in log

O.k., took another look: The changes are not for production. This PR e.g. itroduces the new role "IOR_DS1820_DEB_Rx_PULSE" which will trigger on OpenWire bus changes from the code (to have a possible mark when using logic analyzer).

The "results" (three different sleep modes for short, medium and long "waits") made it into the main branch (PR 1316).

So it might be closed, or left for further tries to improve OneWire timing.
