Wiki - Developer Guide

Hello. Do we have any complete (memory map, peripherals, registers description, etc.) datasheet for BK7231N SoC ? Is anyone using ARM GDB for debugging or only logging through console ?

I noticed that Wiki's Developer Guide link is inactive and I'm looking for some more detailed info about debugging possibilities and full datasheet for BK7231N/T.
