I've read through much/all of the forum link but just got completely lost.

Please can you give a clear example of how to translate from a received IR mqtt message (eg Info:MQTT:Publishing val {"IrReceived":{"Protocol":"NEC","Bits":32,"Data":"0xFC03FE01"}} to obkB95D3B48/RESULT retain=0)

into a format that can be published so that it can be re-transmitted?
