feature request: add ability to set file offset, skip and length address options for flashing

this would be useful if we do not want BK Easy flasher to automatically flash from 0x11000 when flashing a full Beken dump. This flexibility allows us to flash only a user-defined section of data from a dump rather than having all data from 0x11000 written only.
