OCPBUGS-61855: Revert "Temporarily disable InstallPlanStepAppliedWithWarnings alert for k8s 1.34 rebase"
Per @dgoodwin 's comment in the associated bug this will light up the component readiness tests, but it needs to be removed anyway and the particular CRD that was causing the alert is being fixed.

This is part of a release blocking fix needed in Istio, it will probably light up component readiness, we'll be watching for it.

Apologies I just realized this might block payloads, we probably do have to wait for the fix to be ready. Lets merge once we expect success.
/jira refresh
The requirements for Jira bugs have changed (Jira issues linked to PRs on main branch need to target different OCP), recalculating validity.
@openshift-bot: This pull request references Jira Issue OCPBUGS-61855, which is invalid:
- expected the bug to target either version "4.22." or "openshift-4.22.", but it targets "4.21.0" instead
Comment /jira refresh to re-evaluate validity if changes to the Jira bug are made, or edit the title of this pull request to link to a different bug.
