NO-JIRA: Remove exception for co/monitoring's Available=False
OCPBUGS-23745 has been fixed and shipped with 4.15. However, the symptom is still there in 4.21 and we create OCPBUGS-66230 to track the issue.
Remove OCPBUGS-66230 OCPBUGS-66230 is closed as the fix is included in 4.21.0-0.nightly-2025-11-30-094855.
Pipeline controller notification
This repo is configured to use the pipeline controller. Second-stage tests will be triggered either automatically or after lgtm label is added, depending on the repository configuration. The pipeline controller will automatically detect which contexts are required and will utilize /test Prow commands to trigger the second stage.
For optional jobs, comment /test ? to see a list of all defined jobs. To trigger manually all jobs from second stage use /pipeline required command.
