alright, the combination of shared ownership and set sharing and ownership transfer means that there is no clear way to transfer ownership of set lists.
We'll need to decide whether to
- issue a patch to take ownership to start
- change the list to atomic
- "fake" a request from the bootstrap client setting all other pertinent field (too complicated in practice)
- directly modify the managedField (potentially more useful, harder than desired right now)
