Contributing md
CONTRIBUTING.md creation request fulfilled. Some links could be customized for openshift/origin, but this seems to be a fair start.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Tasups. Thanks for your PR.
I'm waiting for a openshift member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
I understand the commands that are listed here.

Noob question, I made the changes, added the file, made a comment in the commit, and then pushed up but didn't see another pull request. I see that there is one above this comment, however, I wasn't sure if I did everything right. Let me know if I need to do more.
I sincerely appreciate the help.

as long as you're making new commits on your existing branch, you can just keep pushing changes to the branch and the PR will reflect the additional commits.
It's also recommended (at least for something like this) that you squash your commits so we only end up merging a single commit in the end: https://www.git-tower.com/learn/git/faq/git-squash
