Added note to step 13 in day 2 procedure. Documented optional param for specifying VNET RG in both day 0/2 procedures.

I believe the intent of the bug is to specifically document the --network-resource-group-name parameter in the documentation. Using a shared network is a "best practice" in most clouds and we expect a lot of users will be looking for this particular parameter. I think the note you have already added is also very useful in addition.
