Updated info for max node size in ROSA classic and OSD to 249 at +4.14.14.

Added a RN for ROSA

Removed some ROSA mentions that were in the OSD docs.

With the delay in the feature rollout, What's new with Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS should be updated from Q4 2024 to Q1 2025.

@mukrishn , @smalleni : Can you please verify the Control Plane and Infras node size called out in the "Node sizing during installation" section when the number of compute nodes in a ROSA Classic, OSD-GCP and OSD-AWS clusters are scaled to 181-249?

• I have these two slides deck from the Perf/Scale team - OSD 4.14 Perf/Scale Test Report on GCP and OSD 4.14 Perf/Scale Upgrade Report , but it was not clear on the instance sizes for a 181-249 compute node cluster.

@xJustin : FYI - The rollout of ROSA CLI is targeted for Jan 29, 2025, while this feature rollout for changes in the OCM UI and backend are targeted for Jan 23, 2025.

I am not sure if the following ROSA CLI update is a standard template we follow for every release of ROSA CLI. Just want to callout that there is already a duplicate update for this in the (draft) What's new with Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS
