@JoeAldinger For the offline migration procedure QA used for their testing, https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/ci-operator/step-registry/ovn/sdn-migration/ovn-sdn-migration-commands.sh covered all the detailed information. At least the step of oc patch Network.operator.openshift.io cluster --type='merge' --patch '{"spec":{"migration":null}}' is missed.
