OSDOCS-3520: Adding steps to deploy with a GCP Marketplace image

@jeana-redhat The steps for deploying a cluster with a GCP Marketplace image are the same for 4.8+, so I do not want to merge without your respective work for compute machine sets. For reference, here is the KCS article Patrick wrote [1]. What is your workload like? Is the machine set work something you can pick up in the near term? No pressure. Just trying to get a sense.
