I think we need a note or info blob that clarifies this guide is not for storage DRS (only compute)

I support adding this new doc to the other vSphere UPI pages.
We haven't tested this on VMC and it wouldn't apply since VMC uses Compute Policies instead of typical vSphere DRS rules. So we cannot add to VMC at this point.

@jcpowermac Was this content recently backported or should this content have been cherrypicked to 4.10 and 4.11 when it was originally merged?
If this is a recent backport, I think our workflow would be for @GroceryBoyJr to open another PR. In either case, we would need explicit verification from QE that the content is correct for 4.10 and 4.11 before we can merge.
I think we should hold on merging these cherrypicks for now. My DPM, @kalexand-rh, is on PTO right now. I would like to wait to get Kathryn's input on how to proceed.
