OADP-772: User wants to know what to expect in each `Update channel` of OADP Operator

@kaovilai I thought any documentation for OADP 1.1+ was OCP 4.11+. Please let me know if more OCP versions are affected. .
I think 4.9+ would be appropriate since it has more than one supported oadp version.
