Add extended-logging to adm router

Description

Since Openshift 3.11, there is an option

oc adm router -h | grep extended-logging
      --extended-logging=false: If true, then configure the router with additional logging.

It would be great if its configurable via ansible.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
