USHIFT-18: Allow passing in extra parameters to embedded components
What would you like to be added:
Add ability for users to specify extra configuration parameters for components embedded in MicroShift.
This should probably take the form of an argument map per component and include checking whether a user-specified argument would override/conflict with a MicroShift-provided argument, in which case MicroShift should log a warning (fail?).
Why is this needed:
We'd like to keep MicroShift's own set of configuration parameters minimal, but we need an escape hatch for users that need to tune the behaviour of embedded components, e.g. tuning audit log retention in kube-apiserver (see #613) or changing feature gates in kubelet.
