Add basic authentication support for Helm repositories
This change adds support for a connection to Helm repositories to use basic authentication; this works by configuring all the connections to use the username and password available in the secret referenced by .spec.connectionConfig.basicAuthConfig.
This change depends on merging https://github.com/openshift/api/pull/1213.
