MGMT-21063: Adjust pr #7888 failing to parse kargs params
A new issue has been introduced by https://github.com/openshift/assisted-service/pull/7888, where the systemd-network-generator service could not parse the kargs added as shown here https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MGMT-21063 due to faulty syntax
This MR introduces a new solution, renaming interface by mac address and passing it as kernel arg,
ifname=<IFNAME>:<MAC> ip=<IFNAME>:dhcp which will re-name the NIC and use it
