Adds a new ClusterAPI v1alpha1 API and related types (ClusterAPI, ClusterAPISpec, ClusterAPIStatus, ClusterAPIInstallerRevision/Component/Image, ClusterAPIList, RevisionName) to operator/v1alpha1. Registers the types in the scheme, generates OpenAPI and Swagger definitions, adds deepcopy implementations, provides a feature-gated CRD manifest, includes comprehensive YAML tests for ClusterAPI behavior, and adds a golangci-lint exclusion for the new types file.
