Guide of migration to OSM from other service mesh products

Please describe what should be documented

Based on our experience as many customers who consider and intend to use OSM come from other popular service mesh products, it will be great if there is a guide on migrating to OSM.

The guide should at least cover:

• Migrate from basic/default profile installation of another service mesh to OSM
• Migrating policies in another mesh into SMI manifests

We should also explore:

• Minimize the downtime during migration.

Please suggest where in the repo the document should be located

This should be added to the osm-docs repo.
