[FEATURE] Enable DocTest (And Integration Test(?)) for windows and macos builds

Is your feature request related to a problem? Doctest and Integration tests are disabled for now in windows and macos builds, due to some problems with startup scripts and enviornments. These should be enabled at a later time for windows/macos builds/CI.
