[FEATURE] Add PPL support for use in Discovery plugin

Is your feature request related to a problem? No

What solution would you like? PPL is currently not supported via Discovery and I would like to have this capability to facilitate the process of interacting with the indices data.

What alternatives have you considered? I'm currently using Workbench but it doesn't have the same capabilities as Discovery (plugin).

This would be really helpful as Discovery has a similar experience to other tools, which would would be more intuitive to migrating users.

Honestly, this would be a huge win on my perspective! People coming from tools that has Piped Language such as Splunk would get an easy transition experience while migrating from these tools to Open Search. That would be great! I am really looking forward this feature.

While PPL is not available in Discover, could you also try it in the Observability Event Analytics? https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/observability-plugin/event-analytics/

Event Analytics has a similar interface as discover and is made for PPL. Any issues you encounter feel free to create a ticket in https://github.com/opensearch-project/observability/issues
