Kibana would be crashed when the user selects the Chinese tenant name.

Hi, Kibana-ver: 7.4.2 opendistro-ver: 1.4.0

When I create a tenant, I find some problems. First of all, when I create the Chinese tenant name, there is no problem, but when I select it and refresh, Kibana will crash and show 502 Bad Gateway.

When Kibana crashed, I must clear the cache storage in the chrome, Kibana will return to normal.
