[BUG] Updating request time for scheduled report not working

What is the bug?

• For scheduled reports, updating request time from Recurring to Cron based and vice versa doesn't work.

How can one reproduce the bug? Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Reporting
2. Click on Create under Report Definitions
3. Create a report with report trigger Schedule and request time Recurring
4. Open the Report definition details and click on Edit
5. Change request time to Cron based
6. Click on Save Changes
7. It says Successfully updated report definition but request time isn't updated.

What is the expected behavior? Schedule details should be updated.
