[Feature Request] Nav - Opensearch cons are still linked to the 2024 conferences

In the community section of the navbar, the OSC section lists the 2024 conferences.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

We should change that to the 2025 conferences and link the pending linux foundation conferences that are scheduled. Maybe gray them out and put 'TBD' if any of these conferences are not scheduled yet.
