I believe this is waiting on input from @pajuric regarding fields required.
In the interests of time we're going to push forward with what we have here and deal with additions / modifications on a case by case basis.
There exists a readme file somewhere that suggests to submit a markdown file with your blog to the issue template. It would seem that we need to clarify the process via the various documentation that we have floating around our site.
Step 1: Let's enumerate all of the places that we provide prescriptive instructions. Step 2: Update them each so they're coherent and agree.
