[Blog] Adding multimodal support for semantic search

Describe the blog post your would like to write In this feature we want to add capability of doing semantic search using multimodal models. This should improve relevancy of results by text search queries with another types of inputs like image, audio etc. More details are in corresponding feature issue https://github.com/opensearch-project/neural-search/issues/318
