Rewrite <OuiDataGrid> using <table>

Currently the component <OuiDataGrid> are written as a series of

instead of . This might provide more flexibility but it makes copy and paste as table not working properly. Related issue: https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards/issues/5570

Re-write or provide an alternative option to render <OuiDataGrid> as table.
