Elasticsearch Kibana to OpenSearch Dashboards Support on all supported source paths of Migration Assistant

Overview

Dashboard Sanitizer is a community built tool to help migration from Kibana 7.10.2 or later into OpenSearch Dashboards. This tool is in this repository as experimental and needs updates before its included as part of the Migration Assistant.

Based on design considerations as noted here, we are pushing this feature to the next release (MAv2.4) to focus on improving our Kubernetes deployment, which we believe will provide a better dashboard migration user experience and align with our long-term strategy for Migration Assistant.

Deferring due to Elasticsearch 8 support [1]. Also, addressing related issues [2] [3] in the same release and moving while moving this issue into a separate release.
