[Enhancement][UBI] Show off UBI related Dashboards and Sample Data Sets in NIghtly Playground

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. User Behavior Insights is bringing some awesome new dashboards for understanding what users are doing and measuring your search quality. Right now those dashboards are buried in the plugin and there isn't anyone to point someone to the examples.

We have a reference deployment of OpenSearch called "Chorus" that has them, but it would be much better to show them off on project infrastructure.

Describe the solution you'd like Enhance the nightly playground to import the sample data and dashboards from the User Behavior Insights plugin.

Describe alternatives you've considered Continue to beef up the Chorus implementation, add more links and marketing, but it feels like it "fractures" things.

Additional context Adding these new features is really forging forward into new areas of OpenSearch (and honestly, for any open source search engine) so we need to make it MUCH easier for builders to try these new features out so they learn about the power of them. This will help encourage adoption. Eventually we see these sample datasets as just being "part" of OpenSearch, just like the existing data sets.
