Need help setting up the assumed role AWS credentials for releasing docker image from our repo. Discussed with Peter Zhu on Feb 21, 15:00 PST Reference: https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-migrations/blob/main/.github/workflows/release-drafter.yml#L88-L92

We will skip ECR for now and focus on dockerhub staging as ecr requires jenkins integration.
