[Feature Request] Add most recent minimum distribution build time to the repo page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, it is not clear without visiting the Jenkins page when the most recent distribution build was released. It would be helpful if a timestamp could be added to the repo home page for the different versions of OpenSearch that marked when a version was last built. I.e. opensearch-linux-3.0.0:4/3/2023:1:00:00PM etc.

Some sort of timestamp shared on the repo page.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently we just look at Jenkins but this is not ideal.
