[FEATURE] Add specs for star tree index feature

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Star tree index can be specified as part of index mapping under experimental feature flag tag and OpenSearch will automatically pick up star tree index when possible without user needing to change their existing queries

What solution would you like?

Add specs/end to end tests for star tree index and supported search queries alongside star tree index
