[FEATURE] Expand API coverage to include parameters and response bodies

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-api-specification/pull/304 support for a new parameter was added, but coverage has not changed.

What solution would you like?

  • Count number of parameters covered in API spec coverage and show them in delta.
  • Count number of response bodies covered in API spec coverage and show them in delta.
