[FEATURE] The parameter source_index of transform supports array

Is your feature request related to a problem? An user of OpenSearch asked in the OpenSearch forum about how to specify multiple indices in the parameter source_index when creating transform jobs: question, currently the parameter source_index only support ordinary string or wildcard, but users cannot specify multiple concrete indices.

What solution would you like? The parameter source_index can support array.

What alternatives have you considered? No workaround.
